Honeyed Port Martini

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Croft Ruby Port
1 oz 1941 Vodka
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/4 oz honey syrup
Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Ice
Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 1 1/2 oz Croft Ruby Port, 1 oz 1941 Vodka, 1/2 oz grapefruit juice, and 1/4 oz honey syrup to the shaker.
Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Serve and enjoy!
