Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bartram's Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
3 oz Natale Verga Prosecco
Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Bartram's Strawberry Rhubarb Gin, fresh lemon juice, and Master of Mixes Simple Syrup to the shaker.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty and cold.
Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute or other tall glass.
Top the cocktail with Natale Verga Prosecco.
Garnish the cocktail with a fresh strawberry.
