Ingredients:
1.5 oz Cuesta Mesa gold tequila
1 oz Knight Gabriello Aperix
2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Charles Regnier Triple Sec
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Sparkling water
Ice
Grapefruit slice and thyme sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Cuesta Mesa gold tequila, Knight Gabriello Aperix, grapefruit juice, Charles Regnier Triple Sec, and fresh lime juice.
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a thyme sprig if desired.
