"A marriage of 18 seven-year Bourbon barrels. Barrels included both the 21% rye mash bill and the 36% high-rye mash bill. The barrels were re-barreled into new toasted oak barrels for finishing. On the nose, this whiskey is packed with fruity aromas of cherry jam and figs. Once sipped, vibrant flavors of orange zest and rock candy appear before giving way to notes of toasted marshmallow and demerara sugar. The finish is long and complex with hints of espresso, toasted almonds and leather." Distiller's Notes
