"The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2023 release is a 20-year-old Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey that has not undergone the process of chill filtration and is bottled at 115 Proof. The whiskey is made up of 110 barrels that were stored on the third floor of Rickhouse 1K. These barrels were all produced in October of 2002. The mashbill, which is the mixture of grains used to make the whiskey, consists of 80% corn, 8% rye and 12% malted barley." Producer Notes
