"This is a robust wine with mouthfilling fruit and great depth. The nose is rich with dark fruit, mostly blackcurrant, that is well supported by French oak where it matured for 21 months. The final blend looked its best with small volumes of Malbec and Petite Sirah. The impact of each added to both the complexity and harmony of the finished product. The Paso 46 has enough tannin to support the opulence of fruit, this wine will leave a lasting impression." Winemaker's Notes
